About the Inspection...

From a thank you note from Emmy, the directory of Abeona house:

Picture this: A George Jefferson look-alike grabbing onto both handrails, and jumping up and down on the ramp hollering, "This is the most beautiful wooden ramp I have ever inspected! Thank you!!!!"

Hey there!

I ran across your website today when I googled "how to unwarp a door". Guess what? We live in New Orleans, too! We're trying to unwarp an 8' pocket door.

I'm wondering if you could email me and let me know if you had any success using your method. We'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

Dear Paul:

I found the answer to your door warping problem on Holly's blog. I also read, with great sadness, her diary in memory of Helen Hill.

My husband and I are also professionals in New Orleans and are active in our neighborhood association and in politics. My husband is also active in the Louisiana bucket brigade. He has been a musician all of his life and continues to play although he is now an engineer. I am a social worker in private practice. My office is on Oak Street above the Rue de la Course.

I read about Helen's death this morning in the paper and it brought on so many, many feelings.

Please know that I am sad for your personal loss of a wonderful friend and for our loss of an exemplary citizen.

Bless you all.

Nancy
